I work with a range of methods, predominantly Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy; Parts Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy.
At the first session I find out more about you and how you may benefit from hypnotherapy.
Then I create an audio recording for you to listen in your own time.

Parts therapy is surprisingly great for improving concentration and focus. This is where we work with different parts of us: you know when part of you wants to go out and part of you wants to stay? Those inner conflicts can create chaos in the mind. Working on them allows us clearer thinking and enables self-discovery.

Person-centred therapy is a therapeutic framework where the person is welcome and accepted for everything they are, with no conditions. Carl Rogers, the creator of this paradigm, believed we must understand who we are vs who we think we should be, so we can make conscious choices and live an authentic life.
Rogers believed we grow up conditioned to fit in, and this is a source of unhappiness. He wanted us to live a more authentic life.

All in all, my job is to offer a non-judgmental, open, and safe space where you can find your answers and learn valuable skills to keep your mind, healthy, calm, and focused, so you can thrive in challenges now and in the future.
