Each class is unique to you entirely.
I've been a yoga student for almost twenty years now and have learned from some of the wisest teachers on the planet. From the mountains of New Zealand, to the rice paddies of Bali, the beaches of Zanzibar and beyond, I've picked up a lot of yoga knowledge from around the world.
I'm also an avid outdoor sports enthusiast and have completed a Half Ironman Triathlon, multiple off-road marathons and mountain bike endurance races. I'm a runner, swimmer, hiker and snowboarder and can help ensure your yoga practice assists you in your favourite sports.
Yoga is a brilliant way to improve your overall wellbeing, allowing you to make the most of other aspects of your life. By building strength, flexibility and resilience you'll soon find that you take what you learn on the mat into your every day life.
We will start by establishing what you want to focus on and I'll adapt the class plan to suit. The main class will always include observing and working on the breath, transitioning into yoga practice mode, moving through a sequence of postures and calming stretches before taking a few minutes of guided relaxation at the end. You will feel energised, focused and ready to take on what ever life throws at you by the end!
