I am a qualified and experience exercise and yoga teacher. I teach group classes in person for pre and postnatal women which they can bring their babies and children along to, making exercise convenient for them. I also teach Kids and Toddler yoga classes.
My sessions are informal and friendly and can be tailored to what your looking for. I can do yoga classes, pilates classes or fitness classes for both adults and children or a mix of the lot! I can deliver mum and baby yoga or pilates sessions as well as prenatal classes for individuals or groups. I can also run individual or group kids yoga classes or family classes too. I am also able to teach chair yoga or a more gentle pilates class to maintain strength and mobility in later life.
Sessions will be delivered via Zoom and can be tailored to be between 30 and 60 minutes depending on your budget, timeframes and goals. I like to work closely with people to design their sessions so you get the most out of the sessions! I am available early mornings, evenings and weekends and can be flexible in some cases to deliver daytime sessions e.g. at lunchtime or yoga classes for home learners.
