Hello, I'm a postgraduate qualified English as a Foreign language teacher with 20 years' experience. My lessons are focused on speaking and language acquisition - I always want to give you variety though so we work on skills such as fluency, listening etc and also new vocabulary and grammar. I think I'm kind, caring and good at my job! By the end of my lessons, I want you to feel new language is yours and you can use it in real life situations. My experience and knowledge are here for you - whether you want to learn English for your career, day to day life, for travel or whatever your needs are, I will help you achieve those goals.

I have been teaching business executives and exam preparation classes online for the last 3 years and before that I taught 1-1 and mixed nationality classes in both the UK and the US. I have taught many different types of English - business, general, exam prep (IELTS, Cambridge, TOEFL, TOEIC etc), legal, medical and others. I love language and I love helping people's confidence grow. I will monitor your progress, check in with how you feel about the lessons, review the language as we continue our lessons.
