My lessons are typically an hour long. I use a variety of methods including my own presentations, handouts, discussions and if applicable group work.

I find giving students tasks to complete between sessions and going through their work on a one to one basis, is really helpful as it tailors the time and materials to the individual. This also provides me with an understanding of any gaps in their knowledge.

At all times my students are encouraged to ask questions and request any specific topics to be taught. I use up to date resources and legislation.

I use Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp for remote sessions or if convenient in person.

In criminal law I would typically cover Murder, Involuntary and Voluntary Manslaughter, The Theft Act, Sexual Offences , Fraud and Offences Against the Person. However, I am very happy to teach all disciplines of criminal law.
