Hi! My name is Carmen
I am a native teacher of italian language. I have been tutoring for many years and I love teaching to foreign people, expecially if the scholastic subject is the Italian.
Now I am a librarian at the University of Turin (Italy) and one of the skills that recognize me is to be able to explain even more complex topics.
Since 2000 I am also an actress of Improv and a comedian so I would like teach Italian in a nice and funny way and in fact the students tell that
My lesson are not boring, I hope so! I have a degree in History and Italian Literature.
I think it is important to learn a language not only from books or handbooks but also from songs or poetry or by watching italian tv series.
I am passionate about Classical Literature and Religion in fact I graduated with a thesis on the History of Christianity.
I can translate even in Latin and if you want I could give you some basic Latin notions
I love very much Scotland and the Gaelic so it would be a true honor to make you love not only my native-language, but also the uses and customs of my wonderful land, as I love yours
