First class Hons degree fashion designer, specialised in sheer fabrics techniques now working at Maison Margiela alongside the creation of a sustainable fabric as a personal project.

Worked as a Tailor for the Opera in the South of Italy, alongside amazing experiences as studio assistant/designer for various fashion brands.

Guiding you through the whole process of sewing with industrial machinery and/or by hand, I will introduce you to the realisation of something of your interest!

The following program is a guideline for you to get comfortable with the subject and eventually explore it further, choosing an area of your preference to focus the most on.

You will build a folder with all the different stitches on Calico Fabric, which will record all your progresses and give you the possibility to go back and check them out whenever you need.
You will know the most common and used techniques from the French seam to the Pin Hem.
I will guide you towards the making of a shirt Collar, different types of Pockets, basic Skirt (with waistband), basic Shirt's Sleeve and Zips. Starting from ZERO, you will develop the most common sewing techniques.
