Carina Torres Rubio

My name is Carina and I’m from Colombia. I’m a Spanish teacher for foreigners since 4 years ago, living in Buenos Aires for the last 9 years. This experience allows me to know deeply into two varieties of Spanish. In adition, Buenos Aires is a very touristy city due to its wide cultural offering, and is a recipient of a large number of inmigrants, many of them non-Spanish speakers. For all this, as a Spanish teacher for foeringners, I have had the oportunity to teach a wide variety of students, from diverse backgrounds, ages and goals. I am passionate about teaching Spanish as a second language and transmitting my own Spanish-speaking culture through it.

In my classes, I first present the goal of the lesson, which is the topic or skill you'll be developing, through examples, explanations, exercises, and games. Finally, we'll do a short assessment.
