With ten years of professional photography experience, I am dedicated to helping students master the art of photography. My teaching style is a blend of engaging conversations and practical applications, ensuring you gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.

For our sessions, you'll need a digital camera, preferably a DSLR, to fully benefit from the lessons. I will share my screen to guide you through slideshows and detailed instructions, and I’ll also provide copies of the materials for your reference.

We’ll start from scratch, covering the basics of camera settings, including f-stops/apertures, shutter speeds, and ISO. Understanding these fundamentals will empower you to take control of your camera and achieve desired effects in your photos. You'll then practice these concepts and share your experimental images with me for constructive feedback.

Once you're comfortable with the basics, we'll delve into post-processing techniques using Photoshop and Lightroom. You'll learn to enhance your images through color balancing, brightening, contrast adjustments, and more. This step is crucial in bringing your creative vision to life.

As you progress, we'll begin developing personalised projects based on subjects I assign. These assignments are designed to challenge your creativity and help you develop a unique photographic style. You’ll interpret these subjects in your own way, allowing you to create a diverse portfolio that reflects your artistic voice.
