My classes will be to help pupils from primary school through to the first 2 years of secondary school to help improve their standards of literacy and their reading among other skills. Each pupil that I will have will receive a form of education and help tailored to their needs. No class will be the same for each child as everyone has different aspects of the subject they will need to learn and improve upon. Parents will get feedback and small reports (face to face or through email) on how their child is doing, what they could improve upon and what they are excelling in. My lessons would consist of many different aspects that can be covered easily whether it is writing an essay, helping with reading skills through reading sessions and talking about parts of the books, story writing and helping them to develop their creative mind or even just helping with homework. The lessons will start with an introduction, finding out what they feel like they are struggling with, I would also discuss what I feel they would need help with through the work they are doing with me. The main part of the lesson would be devoted to the learning and help with homework etc. The end of the lesson is where the pupil will receive their feedback and for me to discuss what I feel would be best for them going onto the next lesson.

Through each lesson I shall be taking notes and keeping a notebook on their progress to help tailor these lessons to their needs and have a good record on where I can be of most help. These lessons are also a great opportunity to help some parents who would like to be involved in the lessons on how to help their child outside of school and tutoring classes.
