I believe teaching in accordance to the level of English that is needed, together with goals the students set and what they want to accomplish with and after the English classes. I also take into account on what the students want to focus, whether it be language, grammar, reading, writing or conversational English, in all, I find it easiest and better to teach what the student wants to learn, then classes can be fun, interesting and motivational for all.
