I assist mostly through a Question/Answer format, I expect older students to bring pieces of classwork that are points of focus, or struggling. I am very energetic in my attitude and explanations, including being very animated or writing down examples. I have lots of experience with students with struggles with executive functioning and am calm and comfortable refocusing anxious kids.
