Through the years I have figured out that In basketball, the more you put in, the more you get out. After one session I am able to know what my players need to help, their strengths and weaknesses and how to help them improve in all areas. I have coached many teams in the past ranging from under 14 boys, under 16 girls, under 16 boys national (assistant coach), and player coach for my university team last year. As well as helping train many other teams within 1 club. Depending on the skill level the sessions will change, I can have slow paced and more technique based sessions where we learn the basics and and understand how to complete all the skills needed in basketball, to a higher level where it can be quicker and more tactical and technical, finding out how to score in game, beating defenders and how to play a solid defence.
If you are willing to put the time and effort into basketball, then you will get amazing results, whether you want that in game or just to start you off.
