My lessons consist of problem based learning where my student and I go step by step in highlighting the major areas of focus that they would like to be emphasized. We go ahead to discuss these concepts from the foundation and I then take the time to set personalized quizzes and assignments to help my student memorize and understand these concepts better. My areas of focus are majorly organic and physical chemistry as these two have a lot of concepts to base on, I also give leverage to my students to go ahead and explain back to me some concepts in an attempt to build their confidence and help them understand these concepts by heart. This methodology has proven to be quite successful and it is why I prefer to hold one on one sessions with my students for their own benefit and better understanding in the world of chemistry and biology.
From the time I completed high school, I worked as a tutor in vacation training with an online group on how to improve student learning through interaction and problem based learning before finally giving them assessments.
