With my unique upbringing of growing up in Japan, Scotland, the United States, I have at first-hand witnessed the struggles and joy of learning another language. I am fully bilingual both in English and Japanese, having a deep understanding of the relationships between the two languages. I grew up helping fellow peers and members of my community both English and Japanese as they would often come to me for help. My teaching styles will be conversational, which I believe is the quickest and approach to speaking a new language. With beginners, I will incorporate both grammatical and pronunciation lessons, and for experienced individuals, I will help navigate the conversation skills to another level. Japanese is often interpreted as a difficult language, but as you will begin to learn quickly , it is a colorful and fascinating language that has an abundance of history.
