I use Microsoft Teams and consider my approach to be a collaborative discussion when teaching topics to allow the student to feel comfortable with bringing up things they are less confident at.

My experience spans 2 years but I am a university student myself which i believe helps me gel with my students.

Caitlin has been a great tutor for my son, she covered the areas where he struggled and helped him to understand the questions. Even after the first lesson, i could see a light switch on. She made the difficult aspects of the subject easier to understand. My son always felt more confident in understanding the subject after each lesson with Caitlin.
