I am a dedicated and passionate tutor with a deep understanding of both Sociology and Religious Education (RE). With over [6 of experience in teaching, I am committed to helping students develop critical thinking skills, broaden their perspectives, and understand the complex dynamics of society and religious beliefs.

Holding a First Class Honours degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Kent, I have an academic background that blends the study of human behavior, culture, and social structures with an exploration of world religions, ethics, and spirituality. This unique combination allows me to create engaging lessons that not only cover the curriculum but also inspire students to think deeply about the world around them.

In Sociology I teach the AQA A-level spec, and focus on Paper 2 - topics in Sociology. I teach the Families and Beliefs units and can provide support in essay writing for these papers. In RE I teach the AQA Spec B paper and have a proven record of increasing students grades and allowing them to exceed expectations.

With a patient and approachable teaching style, I focus on developing a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, engage in discussions, and challenge their own assumptions. Whether you are preparing for GCSEs or A-Levels I am dedicated to helping you succeed.
