I have over 30 years in the health and fitness industry and I have been writing and teaching award winning qualification courses for over 25 years. These are very interactive and entertaining deliveries to ensure that we get the detailed information to be enjoyable and remembered. I have taught around the world, on-site, as well as more recently via live video communication.
