Hi, i am Dr. Bushra Shamsheer and completed my ph.d in botany. I have teached biology in many institutes. During teaching lesson the clarification about the topic and understanding of student is my primary priority. Student can ask any question about topic withot any hesitation. I discuss the lesson with student in detail and ask questions to student at the end of lesson to make sure he or she completely understand it. When i teach any topic firstly i made heading of the main material that will discuss in the topic then i explained it step by step. I mentioned all the key point in the topic that can ask in the exam. I am used to give natural examples to students so they can understand in better way. I asked them to observe their surrounding to know better about nature. I asked to student draw diagrams on copy and make notes as well. Make the point of all topics and draw the diagram as well then at the time of exam if they read that main points they wil be able to write it in detail in exams. I encourage the students that don't give up. Just jo hardwork and then pray from God he will give reward for your hardwork. I always motivate my students by giving examples of the people who experience failuer but don't giveup and keep their struggle continue.
