I am an enthusiastic and compassionate individual with a determined attitude to take on new challenges. I am passionate about youth and equipping them with the adequate skills to be successful in the future, despite any adversities. I have experience working with youth in a range of areas: youth justice system, social services, and education. I have a great deal of knowledge and experiences of child development, learning, pedagogy, risk management and safeguarding. Proven success in ability and experience to work with young people considering all the aspects listed adobe: teaching, working with local authority, working with youth offending and working with families. Also, with the up to knowledge on the communities and trends in society, I have been able to use that to my advantage in connecting with young people through empathy, and with experiencing adversities personally in my childhood. Gaining my PGCE with QTS in Mathematics, is something that I am dedicated to and learning how to effectively apply my expertise, via pedagogy; transferring my skills successfully to young people, opening them up to the world of Mathematics.
