I like to base my lessons on what you want to learn! If you want to get some knife skill tips or learn the ins and outs of the classical french mother sauces, no matter what I can create a lesson plan that will stimulate you're curiosity and answer your questions!

I can cover French/Europeam, Middle Eastern, South and Central American cuisines all completely confidently, and give you some of my secret recipes and ingredients whilst I'm at it.
But that's not all there is to cooking! In a lesson with me, you'll see all of the good habits we form in proffesional kitchens, and hopefully you'll pick them up aswell, and in no time your food will be just as beautiful looking and neat as your workspace (but a lot tastier!)
