My lessons will always be tailored to suit the student. Over the first few sessions we will trial a few different methods for information learning and retention before allowing the student to let me know what they think works best for them as no two students learn the same. I will aim to target weak areas first, otherwise aiming to improve the areas which are most common in maths. My key characteristic as a tutor is the amount of control that you have over your own learning as a student, everything that we do sessions is guided by you. I will provide further resources for outside of sessions if you wish to consolidate what we work on at any given point but will never make any sort of 'homework' a requirement, as, especially in exam periods, I am fully aware that simply keeping up with the workload from schools alone is more than enough!
