In this modern day teaching is supposed to be learner-centered, where the learner is allowed to explore all available resources to attain a first hand experience of the subject matter. My lessons are designed to empower learners to apply concepts and ideas learned to the solving of real life problems. Throughout my teaching career, my lessons are made in such a way that, complex topics that seems difficult to learner are broken into simpler ideas for learners to capture easily. Some lessons are crafted into songs, poems and roleplays which leaves lasting memories with the learners. Practical teaching where topics that are put into simulations and demonstrated to children gives them the chance to understand easily. I am an easily approached teacher who always creates a sweet learner-teacher friendship that makes it very easy for the learners to asked questions about things bothering them. Learners who seems to be lagging due to their level of understanding concepts will ha the privilege of practical lessons. I am an innovative teacher, with a host of teaching strategies and methods that suites all achievement levels abilities. My learners shall not regret learning with me, they always comes back with appreciations. Due to the rich experience I have acquired of the years in my career, I am able to detect the needs of learners and supply them adequately. I am also good with playing in a team and serving under leaders as well as leading a team. Learning with me will aways be the best.
