I will teach with stipulated UK curriculum and standard. However, I would share my own pattern with my student and his/her guardian if they would approve. If approved, this would be merged with the UK standard to give my student a broader scope into solving mathematical problems. I will also pick some random questions for I and my student to attempt together. I would also encourage my student to come with questions so we can work out solutions together. I will present assignments at the end of each topic to help my student practice.
