12 years teaching experience from Elementary school to degree level. B.Sc. Chemistry and Biochemistry, M.Sc. Chemistry from the University of Siegen, Germany. Subjects taught include Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Physical Science and Combined Science. University courses taught include Inorganic Chemistry, Bioinorganic Chemistry, Solid State Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Chemical Pathology, Microbiology, Haematology, Genetics and Human Physiology and Disease. I also have professional development certificates in education with the University of Cambridge and British Council. Experience in teaching at several private schools and at a university. Syllabi taught include Cambridge, Edexcel, AQA and IB. I have written textbooks and I write and edit research papers. I hold membership with American Chemical Society.

I can nurture talent by using the Montessori teaching method. (activity-based learning, whereby teaching is mainly pupil-centred than teacher-centred). I can offer one on one online lessons or small groups. I have industry experience in manufacturing and I can offer career guidance to students. I have several past examination papers for revision and exam coaching for exam classes and I have records of 100% pass rates.

I would like to instil creativity in pupils so that they become problem solvers. Science can be used to mitigate the current global challenges of disease epidemics, water supply, replacement of fossil fuels and challenges of drug resistance bacteria. It can also be used to develop novel drug candidates that can be used to control disease outbreaks. Organic Chemistry as well as Biochemistry and Biology can be integrated to control diseases. Scientists provide information to medical doctors and engineers who can apply science to reduce the challenges faced globally.
