Hi Folks

I have been chefing and teaching for over 40 years! I first started teaching commercial cookery for students at Technical colleges. Then I created my own Chef Explorer Cooking Classes and wrote a book called ' A Taste of the World'. My classes became private and more International cuisine. Then I specialised in live cooking demonstrations all around Western Australia- at cooking and food events etc.
After Covid I set up my Online cooking classes in 2023 just using FaceTime and it was very popular. I spend my time now between those online classes, travelling, writing and teaching kids as a guest Master Class Tutor in primary schools.

Chef Explorer is all about 4 elements:
1. Qualified Chef and worked as a Head Chef for over 20 years.
2. Teacher- fully qualified there too with another 25 years overall experience.
3. Traveller- from Back packing and working around Europe and Britain to Asia and Australia. I have created and specialised in teaching all sorts of Cuisine from either my experience as a Chef in say, Australia, England, Switzerland and Germany to Travel adventures (and published travel articles ) in Thailand, Europe, British Isles and most recently in Vietnam and Cambodia.
4. Author- I have published over 35 stories and 4 books!
Overall, I offer LOADS of KNOWLEDGE and lots of FUN too!!
