Brendan Mckenna

Hi ! I am a football coach with 3 years experience, I have honed my skills in teaching sports coaching programmes to alternate provision (AP) students. My role at Activity For All in Bootle has allowed me to develop a unique approach that fosters both physical and personal growth in my students. Having played for Marine A.F.C’s Academy, I have a wealth of knowledge and passion for the sport, which I aim to share with my students.

In my teaching methods in my work, I aim to create an engaging environment primarily focusing on motivation and value in personal growth, I have experience in using a variety of techniques, including practical activities, visual aids and tailored lesson plans to cater to different ages and learning styles.

As I transition into online tutoring, I plan to use technology to deliver dynamic lessons that encourage skill development and knowledge. I believe in building strong relationships with my students, understanding their individual needs and providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential !
