I have a bachelors degree in illustration as well as 2 years of informal tutoring experience. My approach is often friendly and informal as I believe that it is important to understand a person in order to guide their creative process. Alternatively, I can take on a more professional role teaching art fundamentals and art history in presentation / lecture form if required. I have an academic background, featuring large amounts of research and academic writing. As such, I am an ideal option for those currently still in education. However, I will accept to teach anyone regardless of age or skill. I will provide my own resources for the lessons and can teach online via Microsoft Team, Zoom and other video call / conference services.

My love for teaching illustration and art stems from my experience tutoring my younger sisters and family friends. All of which have seen a considerable shift in their artistic skill level, focusing on portraiture, lighting, and life drawing. In addition to traditional fine art, my skill sets include - Digital illustration (Photoshop and Illustrator), Art History, Digital Painting (Concept and Environment art), Photography, Film and Editing, Contemporary Art, Collage and Lecturing. All the above I would be willing to teach to anyone who requires my services.

Ages that I have experience teaching range from 13-22 and all feedback has been positive with a visible increase in skill level from all parties. Again however, I would be happy to teach anyone, regardless of age or skill. Tutoring often includes teaching art fundamentals such as colour theory, shading and dimensions, best achieved through life drawing and visual examples (research).
