I started my music journey 8 years ago and have learned a lot on the way and within the last couple of years I have got a 1st Honours Degree in Music Production become an Abbey Road Studios Competition Winner, have worked with hundreds of acts and between my own music and client work amassing over a million streams whilst being featured on national radio like BBC Radio 1.
I'm now the studio manager at a recording studio and want to spread the knowledge I have learned for others to reach their creative goals. My methodology of teaching is done by giving you the full set of tools to be able to create with ease by yourself and not have to go on YouTube to look for answers. First off is finding out your goals whether that is to be able to mix and master your own songs or to boost your production skills then our strategy will involve building you from the ground up.
We will work on the foundations up to the more complex work so you know exactly how your DAW works and how to operate efficiently, making time of the essence. Then I will show you how industry standard way of practice this could be anything from recording techniques to drum programming. Then it will be about developing your own style and how we can take your skills to the next level so you can know your direction within music production The way I teach is hands on and is 95% practical work because I believe the best way to learn is to do.
