I am a sixth form student who has a passion for teaching and would love to spread my knowledge. I love English and it was my strength in secondary school. Therefore, I would love to teach English to GCSE students and help them prepare for their exams. I guarantee that the students who will be taught by me will get grade 8s and above for their English GCSE. At the age of 16, I think that it is more appropriate for a GCSE student to be learning from a sixth form student because the student would be learning from someone who had just finished their GCSE's and succeeded. I teach students online and in person, I teach in an interactive way therefore being taught online has no difference to being taught in person. When I teach I will make sure that my student picks up skills more faster and I would clear any doubts that my student has. If my student dislikes English, they would be taught it in a fun way which would support them to learning and picking up skills more faster. They would also love the subject and I guarantee that English would end up being their strength and the subject where they get the highest grade. To make my students enjoy learning, I would create a bond with them and would teach in a way where they feel comfortable. If my student feels uncomfortable communicating with me they would struggle to learn and pick up skills so it is vital for me to create a bond with my students. This is how I aspire to teach my students.
