I am a student at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Brussels. I have already finished my bachelor’s studies in Theory and Solfège. I started the academic year at Bachelor 1 in the subjects “ Ear training and Theory” and “Rhythm and Intonation” and took the option to attend an accelerated course. This has allowed me to reach level of Bachelor 2 of “Ear training and Theory” and to have already finished both Bachelor 1 and Bachelor 2 of “Rhythm and Intonation”. I have studied Solfège for around 15 years and have gained knowledge from various schools and institutions. The subject has always been very interesting for me and has greatly helped me improve my musical understanding.
I have studied in both the English notation system (A, B, C…) and the French one (do, re, mi…). I can teach in both systems. I am also familiar with the ABRSM evaluation system and I can also adapt my lessons so I can prepare you for a certain level from 1-8. Before starting your learning journey, I would ask you a few questions to determine your level and your weaknesses and work to improve them. I am currently giving only online lessons which gives me the opportunity to have a more flexible schedule. I can teach almost any day and I can also give you an accelerated course so that you reach your desired level sooner.
I also have over 15 years of experience in playing classical piano, both as a soloist and as an accompanist.
