I'm a guitar tutor running one to one lessons for those eager to learn the instrument. I specialize in soul, funk, rock, folk and blues but I'm happy to teach any style you want to learn on both the electric and acoustic guitar. Before we start I'll ask you to make list of things you want to learn or improve at, as well as music you like so I can shape the lessons around you and teach you the music you like to listen to and play! I teach any age, beginner to intermediate, I'm also happy to teach grades 1-8. I am a grade 8 standard and I have very nearly graduated from my music degree so I'm qualified to teach guitar!
For beginners, I'll happily teach you the basics of the instrument, tailoring it to your particular interests or favourite musical genres.
For more intermediate guitarists, I have a lot of expertise in learning how to improvise, and using music theory to improve your playing.
