My method is to put your needs first. Do you respond better to structure and curriculum? We can implement a tailored lesson plan that meets your goals. Do you work better with flexibility and creative freedom? We can take each session as it comes, focusing on the skills are that important to your development as we go. I focus a lot on vocal health and anatomy education, as I firmly believe that the better you know your instrument, the better you can use it. I am also very experienced with beginners, and pride myself in helping them find their confidence and guiding them towards feeling empowered in their voice.

I am currently a master's student in Voice Pedagogy (a fancy way of saying singing teaching) and am more excited than ever to guide students through their vocal journey. I am currently learning how to implement singing grades into my lesson offers, so watch this space! My long-term goals are to become a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ voice specialist, to facilitate inclusive vocal learning for all. As an audhd and non-binary person, I truly believe there is a gap in teachers that work with neurodivergent and/or queer voices and understand our specific needs, and I aim to fill that gap.

I started off as a vocalist myself, predominantly in musical theatre, and have expanded into rock, pop and jazz vocal styles. I have my diploma in Singing For Musical Theatre from ABRSM, and have been teaching individuals and groups since 2016. I have vocal directed two musicals. I have performed globally and understand the stamina, drive and passion needed to be successful within the business. I still perform, teach, and have taken up songwriting for my band.
