Blessing Okpeta

As an Educator, I have gained experience in teaching English for over four years now and I have taught Graders and Elementary level students.
My classes are interactive, engaging and communicative, given my effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.
The fact that learning process in modern time is modified always to suit learners, I have learnt and practice various teaching methods in the past few years; from Learners centered learning to Teacher centered learning and others methods to train young minds. Also the use of assessment at intervals always helps to put both students and myself in check overtime to ensure that the expected learning outcome is achieved. And because students learn at different pace, it is very necessary and important to always observe and learn each pace of my students for better learning outcome and trying always to help them gradually open up into having more interest to learning for those who find it hard or at unease for one reason or the other, to naturally get an open mind to new ideas while the lesson is on.
I encourage both indoor and outdoor learning sessions during my class activity to carry along all students.
My personal experience so far has been knowledgeable, an eye opener to new ideas, impressive and immense growth, not just as an educator, but as an individual who has not only impacted into students but also being able to learn from my students experience as a trained teacher and educational professional. I love teaching.
