I'm a trained educationist. I earned my Bachelor of Education, B ed., at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where I majored in English and literary studies. I have taught those in the Junior Secondary school during my degree years. Prior to that, I was employed as a class tutor for the minors in the creche. During these experiences that I garnered, I was opportuned to meet students of different family background, IQ and temperament. I was able to employ my analytical skills to make everyone carried along. I alloted more time to 'slow-learners'.
My format of teaching: I revisit former knowledge of the students on the subject matter. I breakup lessons and categories vocabularies. I repeat everything and give examples for proper understanding. I get the students involved by asking them questions and making them ask questions too. I ensured all domains of learning were utilized: Cognitive, affective and psychomotor. I share students into groups and do the evaluation by giving them class and home assignments. Feedbacks on performance are given.
