Remember everyone has a different metabolism therefore it is advised not to compare yourself to others but to work on yourself solely.

We can be motivated by others rather motivate others to improve performance.

Meals are planned, rest is required and repetition is the part the builds that fitness.

Proper hydration before and during sessions is encouraged in order not to dehydrate during heavy workouts that promote sweating.

Have a towel during workout helps you keep your workout space clean therefore reduce the chances of accidents or slipping and falling.

Time management is key too, for you are not supposed to eat 2 hours prior to a workout program to avoid stitches and cramp in the stomach muscles.

Warm water is very good for it promotes cholesterol burning rather than cold water which could cause cold.

To have an open mind and expect anything in workout program makes it easy to handle the exercise compared to fixed mind that can make hard for you you to adjust to new Fitness patterns.

All in all fitness is the best life style. My health my wealth.
