I've always been fascinated by the complexities of biological systems and how they work. This passion prompted me to seek a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences degree, which has given me a solid foundation in several areas of biology, including molecular biology, physiology, genetics, and microbiology. During my academic career, I also volunteered at Southampton Hospital on the oncology ward, placing me in intimate touch with the patients.

I previously worked as a scientific tutor throughout my last two years of high school, and as a tutor, I feel that good communication and a personalised approach are critical to helping students accomplish their academic goals. I work hard to establish a welcoming and interesting learning atmosphere that encourages inquiry and critical thinking. I have good communication abilities and, as part of my degree, I often utilise Microsoft programmes to make aesthetically appealing presentations. Professional email usage was also required in my projects and studies, both to work as part of a team and to efficiently interact with stakeholders.
