Bhirdeep Kairo

Hello, I’m Bhirdeep, an experienced primary educator and tutor with over 10 years of experience working with children across KS1 and KS2. I hold a First Class Honours BA in Primary Education and have extensive experience supporting and teaching children within a primary school environment.

My lessons are engaging, supportive and tailored to the individual child. I believe that every child learns differently, so I take time to understand their strengths, identify any gaps in learning and build lessons around what they need to make progress.

Lessons are structured with clear explanations and modelling, followed by guided practice and opportunities for children to apply their learning independently. I use questioning, practical activities and regular assessment to check understanding and adapt my teaching where necessary.

I provide support across Primary English, Maths and Science, including phonics, Year 6 SATs preparation and the Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check. I also have extensive experience supporting children with additional learning and emotional needs.

Academic progress is important, but so is confidence. I aim to create a positive environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing greater independence in their learning.

My goal is simple: to provide personalised, purposeful teaching that helps every child build confidence, make progress and Learn, Grow & Succeed.
