• Working as Subject Matter Expert, JoVE
• Research experience of more than 8 years (including Ph.D.)
• Published in reputed peer-reviewed journals, presented research work in international conferences
• Ability to communicate, collaborate and mentor, under both industrial and academic set ups
• Expertise in Organic synthesis, polymer synthesis, scale up, various characterization techniques, spectroscopy, structure elucidation, polymer chemistry, formulations, metal and plastic surface coatings, silicones, EHS guidelines
• Hand on experience on various instruments like High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) ,Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), elemental analysis
• Development of fire resistant bitumen, characterization of petrochemical products
• Exhibit strategic mindset with experience in exploring new market trends for multi generation technology plan to conceptualize new product concepts
