Most recently, I worked at an Outstanding-rated school, where I was observed teaching reading, maths, and English during an OFSTED inspection. The report stated:

"Pupils learn exceptionally well at this school. All pupils are well nurtured and cared for by dedicated staff."

6?? Set Task – Reinforcement and next steps

While I follow a structured approach, I adapt my teaching to each child's needs, identifying and addressing any misconceptions immediately to build a strong foundation for future learning.
