I am a motivated student who has a degree in psychology and is currently doing a masters in developmental psychology. I have an interest in maths and science. I am flexible and adaptable so if you have any specific needs or would prefer sessions to be presented a certain way, let me know! My lessons are structure to be both comprehensive and engaging, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. Each session typically begins with a brief review of previous material to ensure a strong foundational understanding and to identify any areas that may need further clarification. I will then introduce new concepts using a mix of direct instruction and interactive activities. The lesson format is highly flexible, allowing for a dynamic and adaptive approach, incorporating visual aids, real-life examples, and practical applications me to make abstract concepts more tangible. This helps students see the relevance of what they are learning and how it applies to the world around them. I encourage active participation by asking questions however there is no pressure to answer, the main goal is to foster a learning environment where students feel comfortable sharing their ideas and asking questions. Homework help, problem-solving practice and preparation for exams are also key components of each lesson. My goal is to build confidence and inspire a genuine passion for these subjects for the students. By creating a supportive and motivating learning environment, I strive to help each student achieve their full potential and develop a lifelong love for these subjects.
