Hi Everyone,
Great to e-meet you all.
My name is Benjamin, I'm 29, originally from the UK, and I am a PhD Candidate at the University of Bristol in South West England. My research focus is in International Relations, but I also have broad understanding and experience in lots of areas of Political Science, Sociology, and Philosophy as a whole.
I have worked as a tutor for over five years, primarily teaching students from East Asia on a whole range of subjects from History to English Literature to Latin. In particular, I worked for three years as a teaching assistant for Public Administration classes at National Taiwan University, and have published research in the field of Public Administration. This knowledge of government and political affairs is built on my three years working for the British government in Beijing, Taipei and London.
As for the lesson structure and experience, I like to tailor classes to the student as much as possible. This means getting to know you and finding out what is the best strategy and method for helping you to achieve your academic goals. This could be school exams, university papers, or anything else academic related that you feel challenged with.
Aside from academics, I am also available to answer any questions about studying, working and living abroad, since I have studied, worked and lived in the UK, Australia, China and Taiwan.
Please do reach out and get in contact with any queries, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you,
Benjamin
