I am Benedetta, an Italian native speaker! I am about to finish my last year of BA Psychosocial Studies and Counselling degree in London. In the meantime, I offer all types of Italian learning, to anyone and at any level. I speak fluently 4 languages at the moment, and this is why I acknowledge that learning a language can be very challenging sometimes, but it can also be fun! I know very well what it means engaging and dealing with a foreign language, and its implications. On top of that, I am passionate about education and listening.

Italian is my native language so it usually does not take that long to understand the level of the student, as well as their strengths and weaknesses. A short conversation, combined with a chat on the student's goals, will be at the basis of setting up the strategies and materials we will be using for the learning.

Classes will be varying according to the student's needs: they might include exercises and lessons on phonetics, reading, writing, comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, or speaking. My teaching approach is totally catered to each person- some people prefer really structured classes, whilst some prefer a more relaxed format. This means that the materials we will be using can vary from listening and translating songs, to examine literature texts. We can figure out the best structure for you, together!

I am happy to teach Italian both in English and in Italian itself. I usually go for online sessions, but I'd be also happy to meet you in-person if needed.
