I greatly believe that lessons should be oriented to the individual(s) being taught as each person is different, so not everyone can learn the same way. For example, as someone with ADHD, I always hated doing exams, yet I loved practically learning new information. I will explore with the student or organisation what they want to achieve before holding lessons at a rate they feel is best for them. My lessons can be done in person or online, and will be a two-way street meaning that each lesson is not just me teaching but a time for students to feel comfortable in discussing topics or asking questions without feeling judged.
