I have a first class degree in Physics from the University of Bristol and several years experience tutoring (A Levels, GCSE) so I know the exam boards and curriculums well.

I have a passion for teaching, and will ensure every lesson I take is prepared, fun and challenging.

My lessons will usually consist of going over and explaining difficult concepts to ensure the grounding is there. Once the student understands and can explain the concept to me or others, we can begin to work through specific past paper questions. I have found this is the most effective way to quickly bump up your exam scores.

I am a strong believer in making the tutorials as fun as possible whilst still being challenging. I have found, previously, that when students really enjoy the lessons, they will ask more questions and will tend to challenge themselves more, as they are not scared to get things wrong. This way we can get to straight to the aspects that the student is finding difficult.

I also believe that tutoring should be affordable and accessible to everyone. Which is why I don’t charge as much as some of the others out there.

Additionally, I can offer help with University applications and personal statements as I am familiar with what they are looking for.
