Prior to our first session, We we outline your goals and objectives so I can structure a bespoke training programme. Our sessions will begin with a short meditation to focus the mind, followed by a 10 minute Panayama breathing exercise to awaken connection between mind and body.
We will then conduct a Hatha/Vinyasa flow incorporating a series of seated, standing and balancing postures specially selected to meet the objectives of each class. Each posture will be demonstrated and explained thoroughly, adopting modifications according to student ability. In person clients will also have the option to receive contact adjustment, an invaluable source of feedback when improving your Yoga.
We'll then slow it down with some gentler stretches and openers before closing in Shavasana. Some classes may finish with a final meditation, Mantra chanting or Pranayama breath work depending on individual preference.
Each session will be a logical progression from the last so as to build confidence and continuity whilst seeing results with every class.
