I am passionate about all things English. As a result, I have decided to use my knowledge and skills to help others reach their full potential. I began studying English whilst at school and found a true passion, as a result I continued my education into PhD level and I am currently in training to become an undergraduate lecturer.
I have 10+ years of experience with working with young people from all walks of life and I am easily adaptable to suit the needs of any individual. We will work together to create a lesson plan suitable to achieve goals and develop your knowledge and understanding of both the English Language and Literature.

I have experience teaching ages 5 to 18+ but my specialty is English literature for GCSE level and higher.

I am a mother and I know the importance of a child’s emotional and mental well being so that they can achieve their full potential when it comes to education. I like to take a person centred approach to learning and take time to understand the strengths and weakness’s of using different methods for different people. That way I can work with students so that the lessons we create are the most effective and efficient use of time in order to achieve their educational goals.

I also offer tuition for 11+ prep as well as university application support. This includes how to write the perfect personal statement, CV and interview preparation.
