Hello! My lessons are designed to be engaging, interactive, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each pupil. I draw on my 7 years of experience teaching primary-aged children (ages 3-11) to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where pupils feel confident to participate and thrive.

The format of my lessons typically begins with a short, focused introduction to establish the objective for the session. We then move on to interactive activities, including games, discussions, and hands-on tasks, depending on the topic. I use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, ensuring every child remains engaged and excited to learn. Each lesson includes regular check-ins to assess progress, ensuring every pupil feels supported throughout the process.

In terms of content, my lessons align with the curriculum, focusing on key subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and more. I also enjoy incorporating creative activities that make learning enjoyable and memorable. I have a passion for the outdoors, therefore I always try and have an element of this too when appropriate.For children who require additional support, I carefully scaffold the learning process, providing plenty of encouragement and positive reinforcement.

Above all, I believe in building strong relationships with my pupils. I take the time to understand their strengths, challenges, and interests, allowing me to personalise their learning experience and help them achieve their full potential. Every lesson is a step towards their growth, both academically and personally.
