I look forward to helping my students reach a good level of understanding, learning, speaking and writing of the English language, through challenging their minds with activities and exercises. Ever since I was of a very young age, I discovered not only that I was really passionate about the English language, but that I was also very quick to learn it. I have loved it so much that I decided to move from Romania to UK to take further education and get the chance to make the most out of the satisfying level of English knowledge that I have achieved throughout the years. I participated in all kinds of English contests that one could think of and not even once did I come home without a prize. I also have the Duolingo English test that I had to take in order to secure my place at Uni. I have always been my English teachers' right hand in both school and high school years and sometimes I would even substitute them when they could not attend class. I have helped a lot of people from my town, my friends and relatives when it comes to learning and speaking English. When I was about 6 years old, I have realised there was no use of me to watch movies with subtitles in romanian because I was capable of understanding the English language and figure out what each word means, and if I did not, I would always write it down, assume what it meant then check with my teacher - most of the times I was right. Some say I speak English better than my native language and I like to believe so. Not only has school helped me, but I also tutored my own self into the understanding, use and speaking of the English language and I truly wish to pass it forward to people who wish to gain English skills as well as I have, which is why I am here to help each and every one of you. You might think of it as a quite hard language that you will never be fully able to understand and speak, but I can assure you that you, in fact, can. If I could, so do you! We got this :)
