I aim to create a pleasant, engaging learning environment by being a friendly and approachable tutor with whom students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and explore the full limits of their abilities.

With 5 years' experience working with children of different ages, cultural backgrounds, and developmental and educational support needs — including children between the ages of 7-14, and children with dyslexia and dyscalculia — I take interest in students' personalities, non-academic interests, and their academic strengths and weaknesses to select teaching materials and plan lessons and activities that are personalised to each student's goals and their unique way of learning.
